Call 317-895-9222 for RMA Number

If product is defective:

1. Write RMA Number on Outside of the box. Product will not be issued a credit without a RMA on the box.

2. Please place a copy of the defective print, or a note describing the problem, in the box.

3. No returns on product over 30 days from date of purchase.

4. Product must be received 15 days from the RMA issue date.


Returning incorrect order

1. Claims for shortages or errors must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.

2. Write RMA Number on Outside of box. Product will not be issued a credit without a RMA on the box.

3. Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

4. Returned product must be in resalable condition.
